Montgomery Trace is situated along a community road known as Honea Egypt stretching north across the eight miles from FM 1488 (the Magnolia Parkway) to FM 2854 (known as Old Montgomery Road by our locals).

There are three main areas of the development, distinct and separate, each with its own entrance.

The southernmost part of Montgomery Trace gives easy access for commuting folks - located in the forest just off where FM 1488 intersects with FM 2978 near The Woodlands and Lake Windcrest about seven miles west of I-45.

The northernmost part of Montgomery Trace is located in the gently rolling terrain just south of FM 2854 eight miles west of Conroe - in fact, only about three miles from Lake Conroe.

There is also an area of the development positioned between, allowing equal convenience to either north or south corridors.

Many of the properties in Montgomery Trace are in the Conroe ISD, some are even located in Montgomery ISD and enjoy the reputation of the public school system.

Much of Montgomery Trace is deed restricted for 2,000 square feet of minimum living area (always independently verify for specific properties), NO MOBILES, and horses are welcome!

Montgomery Trace has community water and NO MUD TAXES.
