CCF Section 13 and "The Estates" both have community water and lot sizes are mostly 2 acres and upward. Section 13 calls for a minimum 1,600 square ft of living area and the requirement for "The Estates" is an 1,800 square ft minimum.

CCF Section 12 also has community water and you'll also find some smaller lots beginning from ½-acre and varying in size. The sizes of homes here tend to be around 2,000 square ft, although deed restrictions allow homes with less living area.
